I can't say enough good things about Nate and Aqua Pro Spas. I've been using their services for many years now. In my previous home I had a very old spa which I enjoyed very much, when it was working. Even though it was old I could not think of replacing it. It would have been very difficult and expensive because it was built into the deck by the previous owner. Parts were almost impossible to get but someway, somehow, Nate managed to get it working every time something new went. When I moved into my new home 4 years ago I purchased a new spa from Nate. We needed a new spa cover so I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me Nate’s number as they do not sell direct. I called Nate, left a message and he got right back to me. It was a weekend and as promised he contacted me when he heard back from the manufacturer as to time line and pricing. Nate told me that things were running a little slower about three to four weeks or so. Cover came in three weeks to the day and the next morning he delivered it bright and early. Thank you, thank you, thank you :)
