Over the summer, I "inherited" a hot tub from family friends who upgraded to a much bigger, fancier model. This 4-person tub was in great shape, and we installed it, and began using it, right away. About six weeks later, the control panel started displaying strange codes (PsOL / PsOH, OH, among others). A brief search online indicated that these codes could mean any number of things. I immediately thought of Aqua Pro, mostly because I was familiar with their shop and location, having passed it on Rt. 9 so many times. Nate was able to come out to help about a week later - he even gave me some free advice to try first, but said if those solutions didn't work, he'd come out. The problem ended up being a pressure switch. Nate installed this, and got us back up and running. This price was VERY fair. He also discovered a small leak in some of the plumbing, and noted that the previous owner had done some work on their own. While not incorrect, he advised that there was a better way to have the tub plumbed, and that we should have two gate valves instead of one. We rescheduled to have this work done, and couldn't be happier. The total for both of these repairs was under $500 bucks, and it's like a new tub. These repairs have effectively DOUBLED the pressure we've got coming out of the jets. We even had a few jets that previously didn't even work - we figured we'd just live with it, considering the tub was free...but Nate showed us how to take the jets out, check for obstructions, and clean 'em. Now, they ALL work! Aqua Pro is busy, and you may have to wait a week or so until you can be fit in to the work rotation, but it's worth the wait. I recommend them!
